Why we collect it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, and carry out work you engage us for. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to answer you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.

Sharing

We share your details only with subcontractors or suppliers where that is necessary to quote or deliver your project, and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
