These terms govern your use of the AJK Dream House Ltd. website. They are not the contract for renovation work — that is a separate written agreement issued with your quote.

Quotes and estimates

Estimates given on or through this website are indicative until we have visited the property. A binding price is only the one set out in a signed written quote. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them.

Use of the site

You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. You may not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or automated enquiries.

Our content

Text, layout, branding and project photography on this site belong to AJK Dream House Ltd. unless credited otherwise. Third-party photographs used to illustrate service areas are credited in the footer under their respective licences.

Accuracy

We keep this site as accurate as we can, but service descriptions and timelines are general guidance rather than guarantees for any specific project.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
